my travel make-up bag

Last weekend we got away from it all and spent a couple of lovely sunny days in the country.
For my make-up I selected the most long-wearing, sweatproof and versatile products.

I rediscovered my own Garnier BB Cream for oily and combination skin, it offers nice coverage, lasts all day, gives a nice matte finish and doesn't look loke anything over the top.
For my undereye concealer I picked Garnier roll-on one, for face powder I picked MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural, not that I like it but I am determined to use this up.

I took my Sephora Jumbo eyeliner in Taupe to serve as an eyeshadow base, all my eyeshadows (except one) came in an all-inclusive NYX butt 'naked'palette. It offers a wide variety of cool toned neutrals, browns and taupes, what's more there are 4 blushes, 2 highlighters and one bronzer in the bottom drawer. My beloved Sephora eyeshadow in Blue Casino also joined the club. I grabbed two Maybelline Color Tattoos, just in case, but I didn't reach for them.
Covergirl Clump Crusher mascara proved perfect for hot summer days. Although this mascara is not the most volumising one in history, it doesn't smudge nor crumble in the heat, in the wind or even after a nap. Perfect!
On my lips I used one of my Revlon balm stains as they look pretty natural and moisturise my lips just as I like it!
And finally, the perfume. A miniature by Roberto Cavalli. Not my favourite fragrance, but it is all right and suited the summer atmosphere well.
