Sisley Eye and Lip Contour Balm review

Sisley Eye and Lip Contour Balm is a surprising product. 

When hearing the word 'balm' I picture something thick, rich and very greasy. Imagine my surprise upon opening this little sachet. The substance is absolutely clear gel oe rather jelly with no scent whatsoever.

Assuming from what this balm looked like I thought would be like petroleum jelly, but not really.

It turned out to be very moisturising, lightweight and refreshing but not greasy at all.

It absorbed pretty quickly but left the surface of my skin feeling sticky for a long time. 

I feel my wrinkles were diminished due to an unusual boost of moisture without the oily feel.

I suppose it also reduced the puffiness around my eyes in the morning and generally made the area look better.

A little goes a long way. This little sachet lasted for about a week. I tried using this balm also around my lips but didn't notice any result.

Using this eye balm was a pleasant experience but I noticed nothing that would explain the absurdly steep price tag. In Poland 15ml jar retails for almost PLN 400, which is £80 pounds $115. Nice stuff but not worth the price.
